FISHING DEMONSTRATION

In the Albufera there are 18 different types of fish and the same fishing methods are used as the Romans used. Fishing in the area also dates back to King James the First of Valencia. in the 13 th century which helped popularize the area.The fishing demonstration includes watching the fishermen in the middle of the Albufera Lake with their fishing nets known as mornells.The tour also includes what type of fish live there, tools used in catching fish, and how the fish market works. With a little bit of luck one can see the fish caught in the nets.
